Elet.Ca can count on state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment for the design, manufacturing and finishing of products including armors, personal protection hard plates, slip-rings, composite materials, electronic and electro-mechanical components.

The manufactruing unit can count on, among others:

• 2 autoclaves (room area L 5x Ø 3 m / L 3x Ø 1.5 m) with capacity up to 40 bar/cm² for the pressure treatment of products

• Waterjet cutting facility with 5 axis

• 2 hot-plate press 2.5×1.3 m – 1,200 tons and 0.8×0.8 m – 700 tons

• Clean room class ISO 7

• 2 plotter units (XY plotter for cutting materials)

• 3D dimensional arm scanner

• 2D and 3D Cad workstations

• Frequency emulation systems of electronic circuits

• Software for the analysis of masters and software for printed circuits prototypes

• Dynamometer
